If someone had told me 4 years ago, that my family and I will have our own house only 4 years after arriving to the US, I would not have believed them. We were so lucky to have had a family friend recommend Tania Hall as our realtor, who had just started her own real estate company-Bay view Realty not too long ago. We didn’t know that at the time, but we trusted her right away, as we saw the eagerness she had to help us, and how professionally she conducted her business. The first house we saw turned out to be the perfect house for us. Although small, Tania helped us see the potential it had, and gave us the idea of remodeling and creating an addition to make it the perfect fit for our family. We thank her from the bottom our hearts for making our dream of owning a house the US come true! We would definitely trust Tania, and her team, with any future real estate needs and would recommend them to anyone in need of a realtor.
